About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Future Education. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the needs of each student.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure seamless support and communication.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in supporting students with SEMH needs or behavioral challenges.
- Expertise in SEMH support strategies, including behavior management and de-escalation techniques.
- Relevant qualifications in SEMH support, childcare, or education are highly desirable.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
