About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Behaviour Support Mentor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will work with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Primary schools. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving the outcomes for young people with SEMH needs.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Work with students who have SEMH needs
  • Build positive relationships with students
  • Create a supportive environment that encourages students to regulate their behaviour
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
  • Qualification in Team Teach (desired but not essential)
  • Experience in dealing with young people who have SEMH needs
