Support Teacher for SEMH Students

**Job Title:** Behaviour Mentor
**Location:** Redbridge, East London
We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in our school. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective behaviour plans tailored to the needs of each student.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist students in developing their self-esteem and confidence
- Help students manage their behaviour and build positive relationships with peers and staff
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in learning activities
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop individualised behaviour plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour interventions and suggest improvements
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience working with children with additional needs
- Passion for supporting students with SEMH needs
- Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies
**Salary:** £120-£130 per week
