Job Title: SEMH School Support Worker

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled SEMH School Support Worker to join our team at Future Education. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individualised support to students with complex needs.

This is a Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, long-term contract, starting immediately. You will work closely with the wider school team and external agencies to develop and implement strategies that meet the unique needs of each student.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality, individualised support to students with SEMH needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students to help them manage their emotions and behaviours
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in an educational setting with students who have SEMH needs
  • Strong knowledge of SEMH, ASD, and behaviour management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Estimated Salary:** £93,400 - £109,800 per year (£90 - £110 per day)
