Support Workers for Lincolnshire Schools

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. As a Support Worker for Lincolnshire Schools, you will provide critical support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and social emotional mental health needs (SEMH).
Candidates should possess exceptional listening skills, empathy, and patience to create a safe and supportive environment for students.
- Provide individualized support to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
- Possess or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS clearance.
- Develop positive relationships with students, families, and teaching staff.
