SEMH Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Support Worker to join a welcoming primary school in Redbridge, where you will be part of a team committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for all students.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and will be passionate about making a positive impact on their lives. As a SEMH Support Worker, you will work closely with class teachers to implement personalised strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with behaviour management, helping students develop emotional regulation and coping skills
- Provide one-to-one and group support, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEMH needs

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (£475-500 per week)
