Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at a thriving primary school in Waterloo, Lambeth. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who require additional support, helping them to thrive academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Run targeted intervention sessions to enhance pupils' academic and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCo, Psychologists, and Therapists to provide a supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in Psychology from a top UK university.
  • Passion for supporting children with SEMH and enhancing their emotional and academic wellbeing.
