Support Worker for SEMH Needs

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker for SEMH needs. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Role:
• Competitive daily rate: £110-£120 per day
• Opportunity for a permanent contract
• Immediate start available
As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support to students in mainstream schools, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to further their career in SEND/SEMH while making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to engage students with SEMH needs in educational activities
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and support
About You:
- Relevant experience working with students with SEND, Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning difficulties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and supporting vulnerable students
