Join DCS Group as a Finance Business Partner - Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner - Operations to join our Finance Division on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Operations in detailed analysis on performance, cost management, forecasting, and budgeting.

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Operations in detailed analysis on performance, cost management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Daily KPI Monitoring – identifying and sharing risks or concerns, agreeing relevant corrective actions as required.
  • Labour Cost analysis and performance variances to forecast/budget.
  • Transport costs analysis and efficiencies, ensuring optimisation.
  • Weekly reporting of in month/quarter performance expectations.
  • Adhoc data analysis, reporting and presentation requests.

Innovative Thinking

  • Working within Finance but a key player in the Operations Team, challenging and raising appropriate efficiency and automation recommendations.
  • Promoting a process improvement environment across the business, identifying inefficiencies, suggesting and implementing improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Part/Fully Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate level of Word & Outlook
  • High level of numerical ability and accuracy
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, prioritizing and organizing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships at all levels across the business
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative
  • Self-motivated and able to make decisions
  • Flexible to change
  • Problem solving skills with a pro-active can do attitude
  • Prepared to 'hit the ground running'.
