An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the innovative team at Marc Daniels. This role is ideal for a highly commercial professional with experience in partnering senior sales directors to drive business performance and assess new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. New business controlling with the sales/market leader management for EMEA in the area of strategic planning for new business with a focus on incoming order planning in the project business and tracking in the sales tool.
  2. Leading the monthly and yearly forecasting and budgeting process in EMEA.
  3. Key user for Salesforce in the finance department and participation in the further development of the tools as well as creating the monthly incoming orders reports.
  4. Reporting, consolidation, and business modelling to support the sales organization.
  5. Active support in the monthly incoming orders forecasts for EMEA and the defined sales markets with extended planning content (P&L from new business – incoming orders, sales, earnings).
  6. Maintenance and further development of models for efficient planning of new business with regard to sales development and earnings contribution in close cooperation with Project Controlling and Solution Development.
  7. Governance, control, and calculation of the EMEA sales commission plan.
  8. Track and analyse incoming orders performance and profitability analysis by market and promote decision making and performance tracking in vertical markets/industries.
  9. Special analysis as well as regular analysis of incoming orders in the company's business units as well as variance analysis for budget and forecast.
  10. Development and reporting of pipeline analysis regarding the quality and dynamics of the forecasts to improve forecast predictability.
  11. Forecast and controlling of all Sales/Commercial (incl. Marketing, Business Development) and Solution Development Cost Centres in EMEA.
  12. Leading, development, and promoting employees/sales controllers in the regions to cover all EMEA markets.
  13. Active support of the annual audit and, if necessary, interim audit.
Requirements:
  1. Several years of practical experience in a comparable finance position with a focus on sales controlling.
  2. Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools as well as planning tools, e.g., Oracle/Hyperion.
  3. Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP knowledge.
  4. Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
