Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Aftersales
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet targets and drive revenue growth.
- Support the development of sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the aftersales P&L, ensuring that all transactions are properly approved and recorded.
Profitability
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our P&L, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive profitability.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Partner with the Commercial team to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Forecasts
- Support the development of accurate and timely forecasts, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
Customer and Manufacturer Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and manufacturers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Partner with the Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Data and Reporting
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
Stock
- Partner with the Purchasing team to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
