An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly commercial professional to join our team at Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Ltd as a Senior Finance Business Partner. This role would be ideal for someone with experience in partnering senior sales directors to drive business performance and identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. New business planning and controlling with sales leadership to drive strategic growth in EMEA.
  2. Leading monthly and yearly forecasting and budgeting processes for EMEA.
  3. Key user for Salesforce in the finance department and participation in tool development, creating monthly reports.
  4. Reporting, consolidation, and business modelling to support sales teams.
  5. Active support in monthly forecasts for EMEA and sales markets with extended planning content.
  6. Maintenance and development of models for efficient new business planning, close cooperation with Project Controlling and Solution Development.
  7. Governance, control, and calculation of EMEA sales commission plans.
  8. Tracking and analysing incoming orders performance, promoting decision making and performance tracking in vertical markets.
  9. Special analysis of incoming orders in business units and variance analysis for budget and forecast.
  10. Development and reporting of pipeline analysis to improve forecast predictability.
  11. Forecast and controlling of sales and commercial cost centres in EMEA.
  12. Leading, developing, and promoting employees in regions to cover EMEA markets.
  13. Supporting annual audit and interim audit if necessary.
Requirements:
  1. Several years of experience in finance with a focus on sales controlling.
  2. Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools, planning tools like Oracle/Hyperion.
  3. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP knowledge.
  4. Will to travel internationally on a regular basis.
