Job Title: Senior Business Development ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Banbury site.
About the Role:- Negotiate with suppliers to deliver competitive pricing and profit levels.
- Provide customers with tailored product ranges and promotions that meet their individual needs using a category management approach.
- Increase business with existing suppliers and develop new opportunities in line with profit guidelines.
- Recover all costs associated with residuals, overstocks, and out-of-date stock.
- Represent DCS Group at meetings, events, and seminars, building relationships with various networks including customers and suppliers.
- Prioritize and make effective commercial decisions in time-sensitive situations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels through strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of commercial principles with the ability to negotiate and influence decisions.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
