Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis at our Banbury site.

About the Role:
  • Negotiate with suppliers to deliver competitive pricing and profit levels.
  • Provide customers with tailored product ranges and promotions that meet their individual needs using a category management approach.
  • Increase business with existing suppliers and develop new opportunities in line with profit guidelines.
  • Recover all costs associated with residuals, overstocks, and out-of-date stock.
  • Represent DCS Group at meetings, events, and seminars, building relationships with various networks including customers and suppliers.
Key Requirements:
  • Prioritize and make effective commercial decisions in time-sensitive situations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels through strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of commercial principles with the ability to negotiate and influence decisions.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, flexible to change, and a strong team player.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annumBenefits:
