Senior Business Development Manager

At D C S Manufacturing, we're on a mission to grow further and become a leading distributor, manufacturer, and exporter. To achieve this, we need a dynamic professional to join our expanding team as a National Account Manager.
This role sits within our Retail channel and offers a 12-month contract with the opportunity for long-term growth. You'll be based in our Banbury Head Office and work closely with our cutting-edge Health & Beauty manufacturing site in Redditch.

- Developing customer strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Delivering supplier objectives through effective negotiation of Joint Business Plans (JBP)
- Building comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus
- Providing key insights through EPOS data tracking, competitor analysis, and customer understanding
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support category growth
We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding commercial awareness, and proven results in account management. Your skills should include strong communication, negotiation, and category management skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving targets.
