Job Title: Academic Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience and perception of the firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service, greeting clients and visitors face-to-face, and answering telephone calls via Microsoft Teams within 3 ring cycles.
  • Managing the enquiries email inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner, and passing them to the appropriate person as soon as possible.
  • Maintaining meeting rooms and the general reception area, replenishing supplies, and ensuring refreshments are available at all times.
  • Carrying out general administration tasks as required by your manager.
  • Observing, recording, and monitoring visitors and deliveries, alerting the Branch Manager to any concerns.
  • Maintaining high security standards by monitoring visitors, site engineers, deliveries, etc., and reporting any incidents accurately.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a receptionist in a customer-facing role with administration experience.
  • Good customer service experience, with a willingness to exceed expectations and provide exceptional support to clients and visitors.
  • A good knowledge of IT and telephony systems, particularly Microsoft Teams.
  • A willingness to attend the Milton Keynes office on an occasional basis.
  • Holding a full, clean UK driving license and possessing your own transport.
