About the Job
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolutions.
  • Answer all telephone calls via Microsoft Teams, directing calls to their destination without delay.
  • Manage the enquiries email inbox, dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and passing them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain meeting rooms and the reception area, ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Carry out general administration responsibilities as required by your manager.
  • Monitor visitors/deliveries to the office, alerting the Branch Manager of any concerns.
  • Ensure all accidents are accurately recorded in the 'Accident Book' and inform the Facilities Manager of any incidents.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working as a receptionist in a customer-facing role with administration experience.
  • Good customer service experience, with a willingness to go the extra mile to help clients and visitors.
  • A good knowledge of IT and telephony systems, particularly Microsoft Teams.
  • A willingness to attend the Milton Keynes office on ad hoc occasions.
  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have own transport.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
