Part-Time Reception and Administration Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist, providing exceptional front-of-house service and supporting our administration team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in reception or administrative roles and excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
- Manage visitor and phone inquiries, responding promptly and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, maintaining a clean and tidy reception area at all times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedule appointments, arranging accommodation bookings when required.
- Provide cover for the morning Receptionist during their absence, working closely with the People Team and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Proven experience in reception or administrative roles, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competent in using mail merge, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
