We are Change Grow Live, a leading mental health and wellbeing service. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

You will be responsible for dealing with initial queries, notifying staff of client arrivals, coordinating appointments, signposting to support services, recording client feedback, and performing various administrative tasks.

We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring it remains welcoming to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information displayed in the reception area.
  • Support the team in managing and booking appointments using our electronic diary system.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
