Job Summary
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 4 years' experience working as a receptionist, with excellent customer service skills and a good knowledge of IT and telephony systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing the enquiry email inbox (note: we do not use email in our application process), maintaining meeting rooms and the reception area, and carrying out general administration tasks.

About the Role
This is a key position that requires a proactive approach to communication and excellent service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide timely resolutions and ensure a positive experience for all clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage the enquiry inbox (note: we do not use email in our application process)
- Maintain meeting rooms and the reception area
- Carry out general administration tasks

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a receptionist
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of IT and telephony systems, particularly Microsoft Teams
- Full, clean UK driving licence and own transport required

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience within the professional services sector
- Multi-line switchboard experience
- First Aid and Fire Warden qualifications

Salary Information
We are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
