We are a leading provider of 3D X-ray solutions seeking an experienced Regional Business Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our portfolio across the UK and Europe.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial leader to join our team and spearhead business growth through strategic distribution partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing revenue growth, developing market share, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales and gross profit targets by strategically managing distribution channels.
  • Grow market share across the entire portfolio by maintaining strong relationships with current distributors and identifying new distribution partners.
  • Monitor distributor performance to ensure alignment with sales and budget commitments.
  • Track, report, and actively manage new and ongoing evaluations and tenders within the region.
  • Forecast new business wins and track performance against budgetary goals.

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary package including £65,000 + Benefits Package / OTE.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in international Medical Devices sales, ideally through a distributor model.
  • Significant experience in distributor management with medical devices, and ideally medical imaging experience.
