Sales Operations Manager for Cloud Growth

We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at ClickHouse. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency across our cloud marketplaces. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless execution of deals.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the entire lifecycle of deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include executing Marketplace Private Offers, managing partner programs, and overseeing day-to-day operations to meet key deadlines and goals. We estimate the salary for this role to be around $150,000 per year.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Execute Marketplace Private Offers and oversee day-to-day operations of partner programs
- Identify opportunities for growth with CSP tool (e.g., pipeline scoring)
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 2+ years of partner operations experience working directly with AWS, GCP, Azure, marketplace listing management, and CSP management. Ideal candidates should have experience with Salesforce, particularly with API connectors to the CSPs (e.g., AWS ACE). A super user experience on Tackle or similar Marketplace Operations tooling is also preferred. Experience in basic data analytics, such as SQL at middle level or higher, Excel, and Tableau, is essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of partner operations experience working directly with AWS, GCP, Azure, marketplace listing management, and CSP management
- 5+ years of experience working in technology companies, with start-up experience preferred
- Salesforce experience, particularly with API connectors to the CSPs (e.g., AWS ACE)
- Super user experience on Tackle or similar Marketplace Operations tooling
- Experience in basic data analytics - SQL at middle level or higher; Excel, Tableau)
