Warranty Process Lead - Automotive Expert

INEOS Automotive is seeking an experienced Warranty Process Lead to join our Aftersales team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our Warranty management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Warranty claims and authorisation requests within the required timeframe
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to the Warranty system or policies to improve processing efficiency
  • Liaise with Commercial and Quality departments to identify risks, improvements, and enhancements to the Warranty claim software and user experience
  • Highlight opportunities to improve functionality while adhering to budget costs
  • Support third-party repairers and end-users
  • Coach and train service agent users on INEOS systems, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Broad experience in automotive technical service disciplines
  • Strong level of experience from Warranty-based business with extensive automotive Aftersales experience
  • Familiarity with SAP-based software tools or equivalent
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement
