Vehicle Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support and Quality Assurance Expert to join our team at INEOS Automotive. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Services Manager to develop processes and structures across inter divisional & wider Ineos Automotive teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist workshops with the efficient process of repair with a 'fix once, fix first' approach.
- Analyze root cause issues to identify opportunities to enhance quality whilst reducing claims & repairs.
- Liaise with both manufacturing and quality departments, identifying risks, improvements, and enhancements to both the vehicle and customer experience.
- Monitor all incoming customer related reports, whether direct from the Customer services division, field quality reports, internal warranty and quality systems or direct assistance requests from the network & customers.
Requirements
- Significant Aftersales and Technical Support Engineering-based business experience, which could include vehicle manufacturer or wider motor trade experience.
- Able to use, understand and develop technical & aftersales tools, diagnostic equipment and strategies for best practise.
- Ability to work in both office and field-based teams with a customer focused repair & service excellence approach.
- Recognised Technical qualification preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
