">The DAWN Clinical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing high levels of patient satisfaction by being an accessible, customer-focused point of contact. This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary team members and patients.
Main Duties:
- Patient Communication: Provide polite, clear, and accurate advice line support for patients, documenting all communication on EPR and DAWN.
- IT System Management: Utilize Microsoft Office and patient monitoring IT applications to efficiently manage patient data and maintain accurate records.
- Autonomy and Support: Work autonomously and seek help from clinicians when necessary.
Person Specification:
- Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grades A-C; NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent time keeping and management; understanding of patient priorities and performance targets.
Salary Information:
£26,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
