Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Patient Coordinator to join our Clinical Administration Team (CAT 11). This permanent position is available as full-time Band 3, providing specialist admin support to the Respiratory, Cardiology & Stroke teams.

Main Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for consistently and accurately carrying out your duties, delivering a high-quality and efficient service. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the departments and clinicians, scheduling appointments, processing clinic letters, and other administrative duties.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of delivering high levels of customer/patient service, working within an administrative environment, preferably within the NHS. You must also be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, plan, organize, and accomplish a variety of concurrent assignments. Additionally, you should have knowledge of patient priorities and performance targets related to appointments and waiting times.

Salary Information:
