Job Responsibilities
As a Patient Pathway Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to clinicians and ensuring the smooth management of patient pathways from referral to discharge. Your duties will include coordinating outpatient appointments, processing clinical correspondence, and handling patient inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of patient priorities and performance targets related to appointments and waiting times. You should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
