Healthcare Partner Business Development Manager, APJ Public Sector Industries, APAC-PS

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Partner Manager to join our team and build our business with Healthcare partners in the APJ Public Sector Industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business background in Healthcare and partner management/sales experience in the local markets.
The successful candidate will establish strategic business relationships with Partners, leveraging their healthcare solution experience and knowledge of healthcare providers, payors, and consumer needs. They will work closely with the AWS sales teams to deliver top-line revenue growth through joint proposals and overall market adoption of Healthcare solutions built on AWS.
Key Responsibilities- Establishing C-level and field relationships with Partners and AWS sales teams.
- Delivering top-line revenue growth through joint proposals and overall market adoption of Healthcare solutions built on AWS.
- Managing a portfolio of Healthcare Partners to grow their adoption of AWS and support them scale their business both within the region and globally.
- Understanding the technical requirements of each Partner and working closely with the internal AWS development team to guide the direction of our service offerings.
- Evangelizing a Partner's value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers.
- Setting and managing revenue targets and working with the Partner and AWS sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals.
- Supporting Partners as they develop their solutions through formal AWS APN programs.
- Preparing and delivering business reviews to senior management.
- Understanding the legal, compliance, security, technical, and procurement considerations and certifications specific to the public sector healthcare industry.
The Regional Partner Team (Public Sector) provides named co-sell support for strategic Partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
