PS RECRUITS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with industry partners and generating a consistent pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry partners in the office fitout, furniture, interior design, architecture, and build sectors.
  • Actively contribute to building and establishing a network of industry partners and business referrers.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
  • Provide expert briefs to our internal curation team and serve as the point of contact throughout the project life cycle, ensuring a seamless journey from pitch to post-sale management.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in B2B sales (ideally where the lead time is longer).
  • Ideally have had exposure to the interior design, architecture or creative industries.
  • Experience of managing complex projects across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed financial revenue targets.
  • Strong project management skills to manage deals from end to end.
  • Excellent client servicing skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
