Senior HR Assistant

We're looking for a skilled Senior HR Assistant to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across the UK and internationally.
As a Senior HR Assistant, you'll be responsible for efficiently resolving queries via Access Assist, developing and implementing new processes, and managing the escalation inbox. You'll also collaborate with the M&A team and stakeholders to resolve integration issues and maintain compliance.
Key skills and experiences for this role include deep knowledge of HR practices, processes, policies, and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent communication skills for managing difficult conversations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
