### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to work closely with our clients' directors at Fabric Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company, where you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and communication.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage directors' schedules, including meetings and travel arrangements
* Prepare materials for meetings, such as agendas and reports
* Screen calls and emails, responding where appropriate
* Handle confidential documents with discretion
* Assist with personal errands for directors as needed
* Organise travel logistics and process expenses
* Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Assist with project tasks and ensure deadlines are met
* Support with event coordination and office management

### Requirements

* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure
* High level of professionalism and discretion
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proactive approach, anticipating the directors' needs

### What We Offer
