About the Role

CHEC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team as a Referral and Bookings Senior Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our healthcare professionals and staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide the team to provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals, managers, and staff members.
  • Manage team workload and set tasks for them to ensure skills are utilized and the team run efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members.
  • Proactively look at clinic capacity and change appointment slots or add/remove clinics depending on demand.
  • Assist with the mobilization of new contracts.
  • Lead team meetings and take minutes where required.
  • Prepare briefs to update senior management as required.
  • Organize/book meetings and events with attention to detail.
