Senior Referral and Administration Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to oversee the administration team and provide exceptional customer service to patients, colleagues, and external organisations. The successful candidate will assist the Referral and Bookings Manager in leading the team to provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals, managers, and staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide the team to ensure effective administrative support
- Manage team workload and set tasks to utilise skills efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members
- Monitor clinic capacity and adjust appointment slots accordingly
- Assist with the mobilisation of new contracts
- Lead team meetings and take minutes as required
- Prepare briefs to update senior management
- Organise and book meetings and events with attention to detail

- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems
- Ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
- Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
