About the Role
CHEC is looking for a skilled Referral and Bookings Senior Administrator to join our team. This role involves overseeing the administration team to provide exceptional customer service to patients, colleagues, and external organisations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the team to provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals, managers, and staff members. They will also manage team workload, set tasks, and ensure skills are utilised and the team runs efficiently.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess problem-solving abilities. They will also have excellent telephone manner, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other systems is required, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems.
