**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key retail and grocery partners, driving commercial success, and growing the brand.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beer industry, a commitment to representing the brand authentically, and excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail and grocery partners, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales growth and maximize brand visibility
  • Negotiate annual trading agreements and promotional plans, ensuring mutual value and profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing retail and grocery accounts, ideally within the beer, beverage, or FMCG industry
  • A strong understanding of the off-trade industry and its dynamics
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • High level of commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results

Salary and Benefits:
