National Account Growth Director

We are looking for a highly skilled National Account Growth Director to join our team at COREcruitment. As a senior sales professional, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the education sector.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy development, account management, and team leadership. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying areas for growth, and implementing sales plans to achieve targets.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be expected to provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on your level of experience.
