About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Burhill Golf & Leisure, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue across our golf centres. With a focus on functions, group golf, and membership sales, you will lead our sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Your success will be measured by your ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, nurture existing business relationships, and proactively seek out new opportunities. You will work closely with our events team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure repeat bookings.

We are offering a competitive basic salary of £31,000 + commission and benefits, OTE 37.5K uncapped. Key benefits include complimentary golf, meals on duty, and a rewarding commission scheme.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual functions, group golf, and membership sales targets.
  • Support the delivery of events, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Maintain a well-managed prospecting system.
  • Enhance our social media presence and connect with local businesses.
  • Administer sales-related tasks and maintain accurate records.
