Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, working closely with the Client Executive.

The ideal candidate will have sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry, with reference to commercial insurance, and be able to apply standard policy wording, extensions, and limitations.

Additionally, you will have the ability to act as a point of reference with insurers and deal with negotiations, while also building positive working relationships with internal colleagues and teams.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on location in Oxford or High Wycombe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day servicing of client accounts
  • Apply insurance knowledge and principles to work queries
  • Act as point of reference with insurers and deal with negotiations
  • Build positive working relationships with internal colleagues and teams
Requirements
  • Cert CII or working towards
  • Sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry with reference to commercial insurance
  • Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards
