About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in High Wycombe, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met.
- IDentify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus commission and bonus potential.
