Business Development Manager

Vanta Staffing Limited, a renowned recruitment agency based in High Wycombe, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This dynamic role will focus on driving revenue and increasing profitability across multiple sectors by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£27,000 per annum, plus commission.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and retention
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across multiple sectors
This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 21 days' holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off, and a competitive salary.
