We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our expanding team at Universal Business Team, based in Tingewick. With a strong reputation in the materials handling and manual workplace solutions sector, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company with a hands-on approach to customer service and a broad product range.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our business development team, you will focus on driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and conducting onsite product demonstrations.
  • You will identify and pursue potential clients, leveraging your excellent communication skills to secure sales and meet territory targets.
  • You will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, email outreach, and online engagement strategies, including competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify key decision-makers in target businesses and generate new sales leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations onsite, securing sales to meet territory targets.
  • Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with both new and existing clients.
  • Manage accounts to ensure retention and foster growth year on year.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in new business generation and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in cold calling and face-to-face sales.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and general database management.
