Job Title: Strategic Growth Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at FS1 Recruitment. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our Business Development Team to craft and execute growth strategies that exceed revenue targets.
* Identify, pursue, and expand opportunities in target sectors, utilizing your expertise in B2B sales and negotiation skills.
* Develop and present tailored proposals to potential partners, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
* Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of corporate leads, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and ROI optimization.
* Negotiate beneficial agreements and maintain strong partner relationships, enhancing our company's visibility and credibility in the market.
* Represent our company at industry events to generate leads and drive growth.

Requirements
* Meet or exceed revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets.
* Maintain a healthy, active pipeline with accurate CRM reporting and efficient budget management.
* Deliver successful events and generate leads to drive business growth.
* Proven experience in B2B sales, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and financial acumen.
* Valid UK driving license; occasional travel and overnight stays required.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
