About the Role

Austin Fraser is seeking a talented Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team in High Wycombe. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing profitability, and expanding our client base across various sectors.

Salary: £25k - £27k per annum plus commission (depending on experience)

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will work closely with our client to develop and implement growth strategies, manage existing accounts, and build new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase profitability
  2. Utilize your industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base
  3. Work closely with our creative team to develop and present innovative solutions to clients
  4. Effectively manage one Account Executive, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
  5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely information is passed to the Account Executive
  6. Regularly meet and exceed sales targets, showcasing your ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in the corporate promotional merchandise sector (beneficial but not essential)
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Knowledge of European and Far East supply chains, with the capability to deliver on large and complex projects
  • Highly creative, with the ability to develop products from concept through to production
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a strong personality, empathy, and a drive to succeed
  • Exceptional organizational, priority management, and attention to detail skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
