Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a talented Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team in High Wycombe. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing profitability, and expanding our client base across various sectors.
Salary: £25k - £27k per annum plus commission (depending on experience)
This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will work closely with our client to develop and implement growth strategies, manage existing accounts, and build new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase profitability
- Utilize your industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base
- Work closely with our creative team to develop and present innovative solutions to clients
- Effectively manage one Account Executive, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely information is passed to the Account Executive
- Regularly meet and exceed sales targets, showcasing your ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the corporate promotional merchandise sector (beneficial but not essential)
- Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Knowledge of European and Far East supply chains, with the capability to deliver on large and complex projects
- Highly creative, with the ability to develop products from concept through to production
- Experience working in a team environment, with a strong personality, empathy, and a drive to succeed
- Exceptional organizational, priority management, and attention to detail skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
