Business Growth Manager

Salary: £55,000 per annum (OTE: £67,500) + company car and uncapped bonus.
Job Description- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with existing and new customers to expand our customer base.
- Manage sales activity using the Company Operating System.
Requirements
- Proven sales skills and experience in the waste management sector.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
