Business Growth Strategist

As a Business Growth Strategist at Hovis, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and developing strategies to enable the company to deliver its vision of being the best quality brand in bakery. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in driving results and working within a dynamic team.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering revenue growth strategies and their implementation. They will be responsible for identifying and discussing revenue growth opportunities through diagnostic analysis and creating a plan for implementation with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will coordinate tools to deliver NPD execution excellence, including launch timings, price and promotional strategy, ranging, merchandising, and pack strategies.
Requirements:
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with experience in a Blue Chip FMCG environment in Customer Marketing/Category/FMCG or equivalent
* A proven track record of successfully delivering revenue growth strategies and their implementation
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
