Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading brand as an Assistant Store Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and develop a team to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and store standards
  • Supporting the Store Manager in the overall performance of the store
  • Managing stock and inventory levels
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with the wider business to achieve company goals
  • Supporting the development of store staff and contributing to their career progression

As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. You will be working closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the store.
