We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Malmaison. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their visit and ensuring that their experience with us is exceptional.

As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for handling queries of all shapes and sizes, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Processing payments, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with the hotel team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
