Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the guest services team, manage the front desk, and handle guest complaints.
  • Maintain positive relationships with guests, train staff, and enforce guest service policies and procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas, and drive business growth through strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Compensation

Our estimated salary range for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
