Front Desk Manager

Rodericks Dental Limited seeks a talented and organized front desk supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental practice.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the patient experience and practice performance, including scheduling appointments, communicating practice targets to the team, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
A successful front desk supervisor is a natural leader who can inspire their team to deliver exceptional patient service and achieve practice targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the reception area is well-presented and organized
- Communicate practice targets and priorities to the team
- Schedule appointments to maximize UDA performance
- Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver excellent patient service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless practice operations
- Consistently meet or exceed practice performance targets
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team
$65,000 per annum (base salary + performance-based bonus)
