This role is based in the south of Edinburgh, with a flexible working arrangement of 2-3 days per week in office.

Your New Role
  • Undertake administrative tasks, including monitoring databases and systems
  • Co-ordinate meetings and take minutes
  • Manage diaries and provide support to the executive team
  • Perform secretarial duties

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full Right To Work in the UK
  • Prior experience as a PA
  • Minute taking experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Finance background (desirable)
