We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Associate to join our team at Meraki Talent Ltd. As a key member of our client's Edinburgh-based team, you will provide essential support and ensure the smooth operation of our daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, and handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist in managing daily tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with various projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA or similar role within financial services.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, professional, and adaptable attitude.
